Pest Control in the Silver Valley

The pests we treat most in the Silver Valley
- Mice and rats. the Valley’s first problem. Old foundations, woodpiles and forest right behind the house mean rodents move in early in the fall and stay. We seal, trap and station.
- Carpenter ants. damp wood in older homes and cabins; the most common structural pest up the Valley.

Most families here do best on the Quarterly plan: four visits a year at $150 each (about $50 a month), covering wasps, mice and rats, spiders and cobwebs and the rest of the list at no extra charge. Tri-Annual ($195 per visit), Bi-Monthly with essential oils ($165) and Monthly for businesses ($119) are on the Pricing page. What a visit looks like
- We listen. You tell us what you have seen and where.
- Inspection. We walk the outside and the trouble spots inside, looking for entry points and what is drawing the pests in.
- Treatment. Exterior barrier and entry points, nests and webs knocked down, rodent stations where needed, inside only where there is a reason to. Products chosen with families and pets in mind and applied by the label.
- A plain report. What we found, what we did, what to watch for and what to fix.

Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior visits, as long as we can reach the yard. For inside treatment, someone over 18 lets us in.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
We pick products and placements with them in mind, follow every label and tell you anything you need to do, such as keeping pets off a treated area until it is dry. Ask about our essential-oil plan.
How soon can you come?
Call 208-889-9222. We schedule regular visits by area, and emergency call-outs are available for wasps, rodents and bed bugs.
Is there a contract?
No sign-up fee and no fixed-term contract. You pay per visit and can stop any time by telling us in writing.
