Pest Control in Liberty Lake, Washington

Liberty Lake sits right on the state line, so it is on our way to and from Spokane every week. Newer neighborhoods around the lake and the golf courses, business parks along Appleway and Country Vista, and the lake itself with its cattails and shoreline all have their own pest patterns, and we have been treating them since 2016. Washington sales tax applies here.
Or call 208-889-9222. Monday to Friday 9 to 5, emergency call-outs available.

Plans and prices for Liberty Lake homes
Most families here do best on the Quarterly plan: four visits a year at $150 each (about $50 a month), covering wasps, mice and rats, spiders and cobwebs and the rest of the list at no extra charge. Tri-Annual ($195 per visit) is the budget plan; Bi-Monthly ($165) is for homes that want the barrier refreshed every other month or prefer our essential-oil products, which cost more and last about four to six weeks, so they need the more frequent visit; Monthly ($119) is our most thorough plan and the lowest price per visit. All of them are on the Pricing page. Every plan has a $0 sign-up fee; your first visit costs the same as every visit. Not sure? Try us once at the Quarterly price, no plan required.
The Property Shield Promise: if a covered pest comes back between visits, so do we — NO charge. Our service terms explain how return visits work.
What a visit looks like
- We listen. You tell us what you have seen and where.
- Inspection. We walk the outside and the trouble spots inside, looking for entry points and what is drawing the pests in.
- Treatment. Exterior barrier and entry points, nests and webs knocked down where we can reach them, rodent stations where needed, inside as needed (we would rather stop pests outside before they ever get in). Products chosen with families and pets in mind and applied by the label.
- A plain report. What we found, what we did, what to watch for and what to fix. You also get the details by email.

Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior visits, as long as we can reach the yard. For inside treatment, someone over 18 lets us in.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
We pick products and placements with them in mind, follow every label and tell you anything you need to do, such as keeping pets off a treated area until it is dry. Ask about our essential-oil plan.
