Cockroach Control in Spokane and North Idaho
German cockroaches are the small tan roaches that live in kitchens and bathrooms and breed fast; they arrive in grocery boxes, used appliances and moving boxes, and they are the number one roach in apartments and restaurants. American and Oriental cockroaches are the big ones in basements, drains and boiler rooms. A few roaches seen in daylight means a lot more behind the fridge.

Why cockroaches are a problem here
Warm kitchens, moisture and shared walls. In multi-unit buildings roaches travel through plumbing chases, which is why treating one unit alone often fails.
How we treat cockroaches
We inspect with flashlights and monitors to find the harborages, then use gel baits, insect growth regulators and targeted treatments where roaches live: behind and under appliances, in cabinet hinges, around plumbing. Store foggers make roaches scatter and do nothing to the eggs. Cockroaches are a targeted job, not part of a regular plan: we inspect first, then quote the treatment and the follow-ups it will take, so you know the cost before we start. For restaurants and apartments we set up a monthly program with documentation for inspectors.
What you can do
- Inspect boxes and used appliances before they come inside.
- Fix leaks and dry the sink area overnight.
- Store food in sealed containers; wipe up grease behind the stove.
- Take garbage out nightly and keep lids tight.
- Tell your landlord or neighbors; roaches do not respect walls.
Plans and prices
Cockroaches are not on the regular plan list, and there is a good reason: a roach problem is never a spray-and-go. German cockroaches need baiting, growth regulators, a follow-up two to three weeks later to catch the hatch, and sometimes the neighbors treated too. So we inspect, quote the job including the follow-ups, and you pay for that job; no sign-up fee, no surprises. Restaurants, food service and apartment buildings usually go on our Monthly plan ($119 per visit) with roaches written into the program and inspection-ready reports every visit. See the Pricing page for the regular plans.
Questions we hear about cockroaches
Do roaches mean my home is dirty?
No. German roaches hitchhike in. Cleanliness makes control easier, but anyone can get them.
How many visits does it take?
German roaches usually need a follow-up two to three weeks after the first treatment to catch the hatch. Our plan visits cover it.
Can you treat a restaurant without closing?
Yes. We work early or after hours with food-area-labeled products and leave documentation for the health inspector.
