In a kitchen, one roach can cost you a review, a customer or an inspection, and always your reputation. We keep pests out of your restaurant quietly, on a schedule that works around your service, and leave you the paperwork an inspector wants to see.

Built around your hours, not ours
Most of our restaurant visits happen before you open or after you close, so your guests never see us in the dining room during service. Tell us your quiet window when we quote and we will work inside it. The same owner, Mike or David, handles your account every visit, so the person treating your kitchen already knows where the trouble spots are.
What we handle in food service
Flies are the most common problem we see in kitchens: house flies and blow flies at the back door and dumpster, fruit flies at the bar, and the small drain flies and phorid flies that breed in the grease and gunk inside floor drains and cracks. German cockroaches are close behind, along with the American and Oriental roaches that come up through basements and floor drains. Mice and rats come in for the same reason everyone else does, food and warmth, usually through a gap under the back door or around a pipe. We also handle ants, spiders, and wasps and yellowjackets around patios and outdoor seating.
How we keep them out
We start with a walk-through at no charge: the kitchen, prep and dish areas, storage, the bar, the back door, the dumpster area and the outside of the building. Then we build a plan around what we find. Most restaurants do best on our Monthly plan at $119 per visit, with no sign-up fee and no contract. At every visit we treat where pests live and travel, not where your food is, using products labeled for food-handling areas where required. We can schedule treatments so surfaces are dry and areas are clear before you reopen. Glue monitors placed around the kitchen are read every visit, so we catch a roach problem at two instead of two hundred.
Drains, lights and door sweeps
A lot of restaurant fly problems start in the floor drains. Our enzyme drain treatment eats the buildup flies breed in and takes the smell with it. For flying insects coming in the back, insect light traps in kitchens, prep areas and receiving make a big difference; you purchase the traps, and we place and service them. And closing the gap under the back door with a proper door sweep stops more mice than any bait station will. Equipment like light traps, door sweeps and bait stations is quoted separately and is not part of the visit price. See the Pricing page.
Paperwork for the inspector
Every visit ends with a written service report by email: what we found, what we treated, and the conditions on your side that invite pests in, like a dumpster lid left open, a leaking dish sink, or boxes stored on the floor. Those conditions are the same things a health inspector looks for, and fixing them is the cheapest pest control there is. Reports are kept on file for your account. Ask and we will email you the full set before an inspection.
Your service binder
Every commercial account gets a service record binder that stays at your business. It holds a log of every visit, showing when we were in, along with any quick notes from the service. It also has a pest sighting log: when anyone on your staff sees a problem, they write it down there, so it is waiting for us at the next visit instead of everyone hoping to catch us.
If something comes back
If a covered pest comes back between visits, so do we, at no charge. That is the Property Shield Promise, and our service terms explain how return visits work. A full German cockroach clean-out in a kitchen that already has a problem is quoted separately, with its own follow-up built into the quote, and then your monthly visits keep them from coming back.
Seen or unseen, your call
Some owners want pest control handled so quietly that nobody on staff notices. Others want their crew to see that it is routine and taken seriously. Tell us which you prefer and we will work that way.
