Pest Control in North Spokane: Mead, Colbert and Deer Park

North of the city the neighborhoods thin out into Mead, Colbert, Chattaroy and Deer Park: five-acre lots, horse property, pine stands and the Little Spokane River. That mix means mice and voles in fall, carpenter ants in decks and fences, yellowjackets in the ground and spiders in every shop. Property Shield has served north Spokane County since 2016. Washington sales tax applies.

Plans and prices for North Spokane homes
Most families here do best on the Quarterly plan: four visits a year at $150 each (about $50 a month), covering wasps, mice and rats, spiders and cobwebs and the rest of the list at no extra charge. Tri-Annual ($195 per visit) is the budget plan; Bi-Monthly ($165) is for homes that want the barrier refreshed every other month or prefer our essential-oil products, which cost more and last about four to six weeks, so they need the more frequent visit; Monthly ($119) is our most thorough plan and the lowest price per visit. All of them are on the Pricing page. Every plan has a $0 sign-up fee; your first visit costs the same as every visit. Not sure? Try us once at the Quarterly price, no plan required.
The Property Shield Promise: if a covered pest comes back between visits, so do we — NO charge. Our service terms explain how return visits work.
What a visit looks like
- We listen. You tell us what you have seen and where.
- Inspection. We walk the outside and the trouble spots inside, looking for entry points and what is drawing the pests in.
- Treatment. Exterior barrier and entry points, nests and webs knocked down where we can reach them, rodent stations where needed, inside as needed (we would rather stop pests outside before they ever get in). Products chosen with families and pets in mind and applied by the label.
- A plain report. What we found, what we did, what to watch for and what to fix. You also get the details by email.
