Tri-Annual ($195 per visit) is the budget plan; Bi-Monthly ($165) is for homes that want the barrier refreshed every other month or prefer our essential-oil products, which cost more and last about four to six weeks, so they need the more frequent visit; Monthly ($119) is our most thorough plan and the lowest price per visit. What a visit looks like
- We listen. You tell us what you have seen and where.
- Inspection. We walk the outside and the trouble spots inside, looking for entry points and what is drawing the pests in.
- Treatment. Exterior barrier and entry points, nests and webs knocked down where we can reach them, rodent stations where needed, inside as needed (we would rather stop pests outside before they ever get in). Products chosen with families and pets in mind and applied by the label.
- A plain report. What we found, what we did, what to watch for and what to fix. You also get the details by email.
