Honey bees: please don’t spray them
Honey bees are only a nuisance when they swarm or move into your walls.
Found a swarm? Call us. We’ll come get it and give the bees a new home in our apiary, where they keep doing what they do best: pollinating and making honey.
Bees already in a wall or roof? Don’t spray them. A colony can store more than 100 lbs of honey, and if the bees are killed, that wax and honey stays behind, melts, and draws ants, rats and more bees. We open the wall and take out the bees, wax and honey, for only a little more than most companies charge to exterminate. We’ve removed bees from yard decorations, tractors, police cars and National Historic Monuments. Call 208-889-9222.
